Robert & Esther’s New Home
This is one of the most spectacular projects we’ve undertaken. With picturesque views of the Kaipara Harbour, the highly-appointed 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is clad entirely in black iron with stained plywood soffits to create a bold, modern exterior. It also features a 3-4m high internal to external sloping atrium, exposed polished floors and huge stacking sliding doors to make the most of the view. Sustainability focussed, Robert & Esther’s home also includes eco-friendly heating via a large fireplace with wetback.
Given the high-spec nature of the project, we created a detailed operations and maintenance manual for Robert & Esther to give them all the info they need to look after their most incredible new home.
Robert and Esther’s home was awarded Silver at the Registered Master Builders House of the Year Awards in August 2017. The Steadfast team appreciate the opportunity to build such a stunning home.
