Mill Grove
A bespoke house and land package initiated by Steadfast Construction, Mill Grove is a 5 bedroom, two bathroom family house with a large entertaining deck and landscaped outdoor area. We got to implement many of the things we’ve found to be successful over our time in the building industry. This included a number of environmentally sustainable design options such as a wetback fire place for heating and exposed concrete floors for passive thermal regulation.
As Auckland’s housing market continues to heat up, more and more of our clients are involving us in the design process with the aim of creating greater construction efficiencies through design. Mill Grove provided a valuable learning opportunity for us and showed us how to tailor a design that can generate efficiencies without compromising on quality of living.
